2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and all activities that occur under their merchant account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

3. Payments & Fees

LumiCart facilitates payments through Razorpay.

• Transactions are subject to processing commissions based on your tier selection.
• Merchant subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not use LumiCart to sell illegal items, counterfeit goods, or engage in deceptive trade practices. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this provision.

5. Limitation of Liability

LumiCart provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
